In an era inundated with information, distinguishing fact from fiction is crucial. The European Union, as every complex and dynamic political entity, often falls victim to misconceptions. To address this, the Words of Europe project consortium is hosting an online workshop on the 20th of November, 2023, from 11:30 to 13:00 CET. The workshop aims to unravel the false myths surrounding the EU, equipping participants with the tools to deconstruct these misconceptions and foster critical thinking and media literacy skills.

The event poses essential questions about the prevalent myths surrounding the EU. What are these myths, and how do they influence public perception? Participants will engage in a collaborative exploration of these misconceptions, delving into the origins and implications of common misunderstandings.
